I recently had the good fortune to work with the Burnham Gold Real Estate Agency and Kim Burnham in particular. First let me state that Kim is a woman clearly at the very top of her game. She knows the business inside and out and has most of the answers on the tip of her tongue. If she doesn’t have the answer she’ll find it and get it to you promptly. This is an agent who gets back to you promptly whether by phone, email or text message. Buying or selling a house or property in my opinion is one of the most anxiety producing roller coaster events that you have to deal with. Having an agent who knows her job, stays in close touch with you, and holds your hand when necessary takes most of that anxiety away. When you work with the Burnham Gold Agency you quickly realize that you’ve made a great choice. Don’t be fooled by the bigger agencyies who promise you the moon. You’ll never get the customer service that you do with Burnham and Gold. They are clearly a 5 star agency as is Kim Burnham in particular.

Erin was great start to finish. we went through a wide variety of homes, in a small market. She constantly adjusted to our needs and was pleasant to work with all throughout. Her constant professionalism did not go unnoticed; from always being the first to arrive at an appointment to giving a  perfect gift at closing. If we ever need to buy or sell a home in the Berkshire area we will be going straight to Erin!

Kim and her team have always been fair and helpful with selling my homes and recommending renovation specialists over the last 6 years. I would highly recommend the Burnham Gold Realtors to assist at all levels of buying and selling real estate. I know, I have been an independent MA Broker for over 30 years and have flipped 15 houses on the side.

Suzette is a masterful negotiator and absolute professional. She managed to save our deal TWICE, and kept us calm and informed all the way through the process (not to mention finding the exact right home for our family!). I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell in the area. It’s a shame that 5 stars is the limit, because we would give Suzette more if we could!
