Thank you very much for your work to sell our North Adams home. The timeline to the selling of it was remarkable. We called you on a Friday, you posted it the next Monday, you received three offers that day, presented the most promising one on Tuesday, and we signed the Purchase and Sale Agreement that day. From then until the closing on the agreed-upon date, things went smoothly.
