I had the pleasure of working with Jane when it came time to  sell my house this June. She made the whole process seamless  and was very reassuring to this neophyte seller. Everything was  carefully explained and communication was fast and easy. I highly  recommend her!

So, we have had the pleasure of working with Erin twice in the last 18 months. She found us our rental apartment, whilst we were living in Las Vegas, and moving back across country (we did walk-throughs using FaceTime!). Then most recently she helped us buy our first home. She worked so hard to find us our rental apartment in North Adams and then just recently our house in Clarksburg. We trusted her completely and were guided through the process of buying our first home seamlessly. Negotiating was a breeze and done with confidence knowing that Erin had our backs (and our interests) in the forefront of her mind. I cannot recommend her highly enough….call her!

Suzette at Burnham Gold is a fantastic realtor who helped us find a beautiful home that we are thrilled with. She shepherded our deal expertly throughout the purchase process and even saved it a couple of times! We couldn’t recommend her highly enough, and if we ever sell and/or look to buy again, we know who to call.

I just wanted to say THANK YOU both so much for all you did to help my mom sell/buy the houses and get her off the mountain and out of Savoy! I know it waasn’t easy for anyone, but we did it and I’m so grateful for your help!

Buying or selling a home can be extremely stressful, but you  could not have anyone better than Jane Miller to help you with  the process. I’ve worked with many other realtors. None of them  come close to being as helpful as Jane .
