From start to finish, Jane was outstanding. She advised us on pricing (and we got an offer at our price) on presenting our house, and within a few short days on the market we had two offers, one we accepted. She worked with us through the follow-up requests of the buyer, the inspection and the complicated technical issues in the sale. As a lifelong resident of the area, she knew what we needed to do, and who the likely prospective buyers might be.
